For the last two days i have had pain in the right wrist, pain and crunching in the right shoulder and my right knee has got fluid on it ( usually is my good one, had the left replaced in July) don't know if its because im not well at the mo but its very worring.... so much that i had a good cry last night, was completely fed up with this illness. Am very concerned that my right knee wont go down the road of needing a replacement, need a couple of years to get over the last one! Lol x

Sorry you're suffering so much Sophie. When do you see the rheumy again? If you can't cope till then ask for a depo steroid injection. Hope it eases for you soon.
Love, Doreen xx

Aw poor love, that is most horrible and you're suffering so much..
I know how you feel in regards of worrying about replacements. I cannot begin to tell you how often I've had both knees aspirated/injected. You may need the knee aspirated and they may be able to give you a smaller shot of steroid into the actual joint. (as opposed to the entire body).
I hope so much your hospital appointment sheds some light on this for you and be assured you have my prayers,
Much love,
Amanda

Sorry you're having so much pain, Sophie. Hope your rheumy manages to sort things out, but if you can't wait that long then it's probably worth a visit to your gp.
